Job Title: Case Manager
Location: Boulder, CO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 – $24 per hour + $500 to $1000 in bonuses per month

Work Schedule:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7 am – 7 pm
- Wednesday 8:30 am – 9 pm
- 3-day weekend off
- Requirement: You need to be able to travel to attend seminars, around 4 per year;
- Must be able to work about 5 weekends for marketing events
Responsibilities for Case Manager:
- Introduce prospective patients to the wonderful benefits of network care and a chiropractic lifestyle
- Assist the doctors to evaluate the spinal health of our practice members and prospective practice members
- Assist the doctors in evaluating the progress of our practice members
- Serve and educate our patients to help them achieve optimal health and well-being
- Acquire evidence of vertebral subluxations, loss of spinal integrity, and need for care
- Perform weight loss evaluations and consultations
- Perform job responsibilities with excellence and consistency at all times
- Provide for team member’s financial needs
- If needed, answer calls, schedule appointments, handling customer service requests.
