Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Richmond, VA is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This position offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $110,000, plus a profit-based bonus.
Responsibilities include taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings, making Care Recommendations, conducting Patient Consultations and Examinations, adjusting, and performing Re-exams. You will also recommend Ongoing Care, provide Therapy/Rehab services, offer Exercise Instruction, and advise on Nutrition and Supplements. You will adjust approximately 200-225 patients per week.
We are looking for a dedicated, skilled Chiropractor with strong communication and sales skills who is passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and help drive the practice’s growth.
Additionally, you will participate in Team Meetings and training, attend Professional Development seminars, and engage in marketing efforts, including Patient Education, Workshops, Networking, and maintaining a Digital presence via Social Media.
