Pay: $40,000 – $50,000/yr + commissions! (depending on experience)

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Weekends and Wednesdays off.

Job Description

Our esteemed chiropractic practice in Eustis has been dedicated to providing exceptional care for over 15 years. Specializing in challenging cases such as scoliosis, slipped disc injuries, and neuropathy, we pride ourselves on offering alternatives to opioid dependence and invasive procedures.

Additionally, we provide a range of wellness services including weight loss, supplements,

acupuncture, and massage.

We are currently seeking a proactive, dependable, and sales-savvy Chiropractic Assistant/Admin assistant to oversee all patient-related activities. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will wield significant influence throughout their journey with us. This role goes beyond administrative tasks; it requires proactive scheduling, meticulous organization, and a commitment to ensuring each patient receives the highest level of care. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the doctor to finalize care plans with patients.
  • Manage incoming calls and warmly welcome patients.
  • Handle patient paperwork, maintain records, and facilitate payments.
  • Schedule appointments and provide timely reminders and follow-up calls.
  • Close outpatient visits, providing information on services and fees.
  • Process payments and present options to patients.
  • Maintain an organized schedule and prepare for upcoming appointments.
  • Conduct outreach to potential patients through various channels.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns to attract new patients.

All training will be provided!

Qualifications:
