Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to achieve their health goals.
- Order tests and supplements as needed.
- Host patient calls via phone and Zoom, providing a seamless experience.
- Manage patient communications, including texts, emails, and voicemails.
- Coordinate with health coaches to schedule and reschedule appointments.
- Assist patients in applying for financial assistance and loans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, supporting our team and patients.
What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate patient needs.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:
- Starting at $25 per hour, with performance-based bonuses (typical earnings around $30 per hour)
