We are looking for an experienced COO to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be responsible for creating and executing the business plan, while providing leadership and guidance to the Real Estate team. You will oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executing to closing. This includes interfacing with agents, clients, banks, mortgage institutions and contractors. You will be responsible for the implementation of business strategies aligned with the mission, vision and growth of the organization and will build teams that can execute on the strategic plan.
Responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Participate in expansion activities
Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Real Estate Operations, Asset management, Leasing or Property Management.
- Direct experience in senior organizational leadership (CEO, COO, Executive Director, Executive VP) strongly preferred.
- Bachelors in related field required; Masters preferred
- Compensation
$100,000 Base salary + Bonus based on profit
