Job Description
A patient-focused chiropractic office in Bettendorf, IA is hiring a full-time Chiropractic Assistant / Therapy Technician to support non-invasive treatments such as spinal decompression, E-Stim, neuropathy care, and knee therapies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in a holistic, drug-free healthcare environment focused on treating chronic pain conditions.
No experience required — full training provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for spinal decompression therapy (DRX-9000)
- Set up and apply E-Stim/Electroanalgesia per protocol
- Assist with neuropathy and knee treatment therapies
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during treatments
- Educate patients on therapies and what to expect
- Maintain accurate patient records in EHR
- Manage patient flow and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment
- Assist the doctor and team as needed
