Responsible for instructing spinal hygiene exercises, documenting patient encounters, educating patients on a healthier lifestyle and interacting with the treatment team.

What you will do

Our Practice is offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service and organizational skills as a full time Patient Care Coordinator in our office. We are looking for a positive person with great people and communication skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. Excellent relationship building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. You will be responsible for creating a warm and hospitable environment in the treatment area, instructing clients on proper form of exercises, ensuring client compliance with exercises, and documenting patient encounters.

  • Creating an exceptional experience for each and every patient in our office (must have excellent customer service skills)

  • Greeting new and existing patients in person and on the phone

  • Scheduling patients according to the Doctor’s care plan

  • Educating patients about the health and wellness benefits of regular Chiropractic care (training will be provided)

  • Routing patients to adjusting rooms and ensuring the patient flow is smooth

  • Assisting with internal patient education programs

  • Assisting with community outreach and marketing programs (occasional weekend hours)

  • Collecting patient payments as needed

  • Efficiently completing varied computer tasks and general clerical duties

  • Assist is social media post and brand promotion/protection

  • Will be trained in utilizing technology to assess neurofunction

 

What you need

  • Two year degree or more preferred but not required

  • Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred

  • Training will be provided

Things you should know

  • Pay starts $15/hour and after 90 days you will be considered for additional perks

  • Full time position 40 hours/week. The times listed are the weekly hours expected of the FFCWC Patient Care Coordinator. Additional hours are available at the office, during regular business hours, external events, screenings, and workshops.
