- Tuesday – Thursday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
We are a high-volume, patient-centered chiropractic clinic in San Marcos, CA, delivering results-driven care through chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation, and soft tissue therapies. We serve families, athletes, prenatal and pediatric patients, and individuals recovering from injuries.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead front office operations across two chiropractic clinics and work closely with the Clinic Owner to support business growth, team performance, and an exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who is organized, business-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily front desk operations (scheduling, check-in/out, payments)
- Supervise, support, and developChiropractic Assistants (CAs)
- Drive team performance, accountability, KPIs, and clinic goals
- Partner with the Clinic Owner on operations, budgeting, and process improvement
- Oversee insurance verification, HIPAA compliance, and accurate patient records
- Develop and improve internal systems to support efficiency and growth
- Assist with in-office events, patient education, and referral outreach
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Management experience required
- Healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness office experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Tech-savvy (EHR and office systems)
- Business-minded with a patient-first approach
- Spanish fluency and literacy required
