We looking for a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Manager in our bustling dental office. This role requires a combination of front desk receptionist duties and administrative responsibilities. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the smooth operations of the office, managing staff, coordinating patient care, and having conversations about money and treatment plans. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and greet patients
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with insurance companies
  • Provide patient care coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, bookkeeping, and inventory management
  • Set goals and track metrics
  • Manage staff and provide training

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management or administration within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using office software and computer systems.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance billing, and treatment plans is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
