We looking for a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Manager in our bustling dental office. This role requires a combination of front desk receptionist duties and administrative responsibilities. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the smooth operations of the office, managing staff, coordinating patient care, and having conversations about money and treatment plans. Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and greet patients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with insurance companies
- Provide patient care coordination
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, bookkeeping, and inventory management
- Set goals and track metrics
- Manage staff and provide training
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management or administration within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office software and computer systems.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance billing, and treatment plans is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
