Job Summary: As a Nurse at Thrive Regenerative Health, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Address the physical, spiritual, emotional, and educational needs of patients.
- Coordinate the plan of care with other healthcare professionals, support persons, and all members of the healthcare team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Educate patients and their families on their care plans, including treatment options, medications, and self-care interventions.
- Administer cellular therapy products and collect blood specimens and cultures.
- Assist in coordinating specialty lab and diagnostic testing, pharmacokinetics, disease staging, and research-based clinical trials.
- Perform basic research, clinical research, other non-cellular therapy clinical care, or administrative work as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients with central IV lines, ports, and other specialized equipment.
- Play a key role in monitoring patients’ responses to therapy, identifying side effects, and promoting self-care interventions.
- Integrate science-based interventions into standardized patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest validated research findings to guide nursing practice and meet unmet patient needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Certification in relevant nursing specialty is a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in administering cellular therapy products and collecting blood specimens.
