As a Licensed Massage Therapist with us, you will be an essential part of our healthcare team. Your role will involve working closely with patients and doctors, ensuring that each massage session meets the individual needs of our patients.
Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license in Virginia
- Strong hands-on skills and proficiency in various massage techniques
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Dedication to providing 20 to 30-minute massages of the highest quality
- Empathy and compassion for patients’ well-being
Pay and Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your expertise and commitment:
- Quarterly bonuses ranging from $500 to $1500
- Consistent paycheck structure; no commission-based earnings
- Tip-free environment
- Contracted employee: $40 per hour
- On payroll: $32 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 1 pm – 7 pm
