Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (Checkout) to join our fast-paced, patient-centered chiropractic office.

You’ll be responsible for helping patients through the checkout process, coordinating financial arrangements, verifying insurance information, preparing charts for providers, and supporting the daily operations of the practice.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys following established systems while providing outstanding customer service.
Experience in a high-volume customer service environment—such as restaurants, hospitality, or other fast-paced industries—is highly valued. Previous healthcare experience is welcome but not required; however, candidates should be open to working in a holistic healthcare environment.
If you’re looking for a long-term career where you can make a meaningful impact, continue learning, and be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
