Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience) + Bonuses
Work Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
No weekends (except occasional seminars 1–2 times per year, all travel expenses paid)

Job Description
A fast-paced, wellness-focused chiropractic office in the Goleta/Santa Barbara area is looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and believes in the benefits of chiropractic care. You will be the first voice patients hear over the phone and the first face they see when walking into the office.
We are looking for someone reliable, dependable, positive, and eager to grow long-term with our practice.
This is NOT a typical front desk position where you sit most of the day. You will be on your feet frequently, multitasking, interacting with patients, and helping keep the office running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and check patients in and out
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Assist with collections, billing, and insurance tasks
- Maintain accurate records and support bookkeeping tasks
- Educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness principles
- Sell supplements and assist with inventory management
- Take patient weight and blood pressure when needed
- Support daily office operations and follow established systems/procedures
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the office
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and consistently on time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and chiropractic care
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day
- Flexible with work hours when needed
- Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Goleta/Santa Barbara area
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in chiropractic, dental, medical, or wellness offices
- Familiarity with billing, scheduling, bookkeeping, or QuickBooks
- Experience handling multiple patients/tasks at once
