A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
In this position, you are essential to the operations of our clinic. Your priority is to handle the logistics of patient interaction, patients accounts, and education.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service skills
- Good phone etiquette
- A genuine concern for his or her own health
- Previous knowledge of chiropractic care is NOT required
Ideal candidates must be punctual and reliable, have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and attentive to detail, and be mission-driven.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time and works different hours each day. Typical hours (may vary slightly)
- Monday: 7:00am-12pm, 3:00-8:30pm
- Tuesday: 1:00pm – 7:15pm
- Wednesday: 7:00-12pm, 3:00-7:15pm
- Thursday: 1:00pm-7:15pm
- Friday: 7:00am-1pm
Occasionally some evenings, typically Tuesdays, will be required for health workshops.
