Main Responsibilities:
- Consultation, Examination, and Finances: You will play a pivotal role in providing consultation services, conducting clinical examinations, and assisting with financial matters, ensuring patients receive top-notch care.
- Heavy-Lifting Initial Consult (Training): Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will undergo extensive training to become proficient in conducting initial consultations, a critical aspect of our healthcare services.
- Listening Skills: A significant part of your role will involve actively listening to our patients, understanding their needs, and offering the best solutions to address their healthcare concerns.
- First and Final Contact: You will be the initial point of contact for patients, guiding them through their healthcare journey and providing support as their final contact, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Clinical Exams: You will conduct clinical examinations as needed, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients. Additionally, you may be required to answer calls and perform occasional administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Enthusiastic and compassionate with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable working in the presence of dogs.

- Monday: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
- Thursday: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
- Weekend training four times a week
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, including marketing events over the weekend.
