The Remarkable Practice, a chiropractic coaching organization, is accepting applications for a high performance Sales Development Representative to join our team!

 

Our company is seeking a driven, enthusiastic and high energy team member who has a successful track record in converting leads to strategy sessions to enroll clients into a program that is a “right-fit” for them.  This position affords flexibility in working VIRTUALLY from home.  Your job will entail phoning and setting appointments with owners of chiropractic practices to meet with our sales team.

The position will require a well-organized, self-starter who is capable of creating and maintaining strong relationships. Primary duties include inbound and outbound calling, email communication, social media outreach and . We provide the job training; you provide the initiative and desire.

COMPENSATION

This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow and earn more income as a result of your performance. Monthly income potential for full-time work of $3,500 to $5,400/ month. Once you have proven yourself in this role, you may be able to transition into a sales position that comes with an income potential of $100,000+ per year.

TASK YOU’LL BE PERFORMING

**Building engagement with prospects and qualifying inbound leads who have responded to our marketing initiatives for a right fit for our programs.

 

** Outbound Calls: The expectation will be 15-20 dials to prospects every hour.

** Appointment Booking: You will be responsible for booking decision-makers for appointments in on the calendars of our sales team.

 

** Lead management:  Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets for the leads in the sales pipeline.

To qualify as a candidate for this position, you must possess the following skills:

** Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our business and our brand during your conversations with target chiropractic practices. Your skills, ability and love for conversing with people, as well as ease when talking on the phone, is vital.

** Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients’ concerns while booking appointments will make interactions exciting and a create a positive outcome for all involved.

** Coachable with a Curiosity to Learn: You will learn and master your role by working with both our company’s founder and our sales team. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.

** Team Oriented with a Competitive Spirit: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive and close working relationship with your sales reps will mean your success… more kept appointments and more sales closed which mean more income for you and a win-win-win for the company and the client!

 

** Self-Starter: Because you will be working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.

** Previous Sales Experience: A proven history of success in engaging and qualifying prospects and B2B cold calling to set appointments is required. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

** 3-5 years of Business development working experience with small businesses is required

**Proven record of demonstrated success

**This role requires a flexible, professional with a positive, energetic personality and work ethic to meet the needs of this client-driven business.

**Proficiency in MS Office

**Experience with Close.com CRM system preferred
