We currently need a Customer Service Representative/Call Center who has high standards and is effective in building relationships with staff, customers, and clients.
The position requires a variety of routines from assisting prospective & documentation of data and updating customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
This position requires great organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other needed software
Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
Excellent communication skills.
