Job Description & Requirements
A top-performing, structural-based chiropractic clinic in Dublin, OH, is seeking a driven Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000, plus performance-based bonuses and annual profit sharing. New graduates are welcome with growth potential.
The associate will work Monday through Friday and a half day on Saturday, with one weekday off during split scheduling. The position includes approximately 25–30 patient hours per week, adjusting 100–150 patients weekly, with doctors spending 5–10 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:

Performing patient consultations and examinations

Taking and reading X-rays

Delivering detailed Reports of Findings and care recommendations

Providing manual and Gonstead-based adjustments (training provided; willingness to practice Gonstead methodology is required)

Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care

Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction

Supporting nutritional supplementation and functional medicine protocols

Participating in community outreach, workshops, digital marketing initiatives, and referral-building activities
