Job Description & Requirements
A dynamic, integrated chiropractic clinic in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to step into a leadership-driven role within a growing, multi-location organization. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000, plus monthly bonuses.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days), with Fridays and weekends off. Expected patient volume ranges from 125–150 adjustments per week, with doctors spending 10+ minutes per patient and approximately 45 minutes for Reports of Findings.
This practice is seeking a self-starter with leadership qualities and a minimum of two years of experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, business-minded, and ready to help grow the clinic while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking patient X-rays
- Delivering thorough Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments (Manual, Activator, Drops)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Participating in marketing efforts including workshops, spinal screenings, corporate talks, networking, and digital content creation
- Assisting with patient conversion and contributing to office growth initiatives
The clinic operates under a shared-patient model and offers an integrated approach to care, including collaboration with MDs, DCs, and PTs.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Florida chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates will be considered.
