Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Reading, PA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing, high-volume practice. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a competitive base salary of $90,000–$100,000, with additional bonus and incentive opportunities.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days) and a half day on Friday, with weekends off. The position involves seeing approximately 200–300 patient visits per week, supported by experienced staff and efficient systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Creating and explaining financial care plans
- Delivering efficient, high-volume chiropractic adjustments (3–5 minutes per patient)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Providing exercise instruction and basic rehab guidance
- Participating in professional development, seminars, and team training
This clinic operates under a shared patient care model, fostering collaboration and support among doctors. The associate will receive hands-on training in the clinic’s upper cervical–focused techniques, along with manual, Activator, and drop adjustments. New graduates and out-of-state licensed chiropractors (or those eligible for Pennsylvania licensure) are encouraged to apply.
