Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established, integrated rehabilitation clinic in Columbia, Maryland is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its busy and collaborative team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $110,000. The clinic has been serving the community for over three decades and continues to experience consistent growth, averaging 80–100 new patients per month.
The associate will work a structured schedule totaling approximately 31–40 hours per week, with a mix of full and half days Monday through Friday and no Sundays. Expected patient volume ranges from 150–200 adjustments per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes with patients, supported by a highly trained staff and an established patient flow system.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting patient consultations and comprehensive examinations
- Taking, reviewing, and interpreting X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Performing chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations
- Providing active and passive therapy and rehabilitation services
- Delivering exercise instruction and corrective care guidance
- Offering nutrition and supplementation recommendations
- Collaborating within an integrated, team-based care model
- Participating in ongoing professional development, training, and seminars
The practice operates under an individual-doctor model within a collaborative clinic environment, offering autonomy while still benefiting from shared resources and a strong team culture. Ongoing professional development through seminars and training is encouraged. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Maryland chiropractic license. New graduates and out-of-state candidates are welcome and training is provided.
