Job Description &Requirements
A respected and thriving chiropractic clinic in Salisbury, MA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $105,000 – $110,000, along with bonus and incentive opportunities. With a long-term career path and a supportive environment, this is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to grow clinically and professionally.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday full days, and Friday half day. The practice serves a high-volume patient base with 200–250 adjustments per week within a shared-patient model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Taking X-rays and performing re-exams
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Recommending ongoing care plans
- Delivering active/passive therapies and exercise instruction
- Offering guidance on nutrition and supplementation
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development seminars
Marketing duties include:
- Internal events and education, workshops, and referral generation
- External outreach including spinal screenings, corporate talks, outside talks, and networking
- Participation in digital/social media marketing if open to it
This role is ideal for a confident adjuster with strong communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively. New graduates are welcome, and training is provided. A Massachusetts chiropractic license (or eligibility) is required.
