A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Bettendorf, IA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary between $85,000 and $100,000, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
The associate will work Monday through Friday and enjoy weekends off. This role is ideal for a doctor seeking a long-term position with potential for future buy-in.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Developing financial plans and managing patient conversions
- Providing chiropractic adjustments and re-exams
- Offering exercise instruction, therapy/rehab, and nutrition/supplement guidance
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development seminars
Techniques and tools utilized include Manual Adjustments, Diversified, Palmer Package, Drops, Arthro Stim, Soft Tissue (ART/Graston), Webster Technique, and Pro Adjuster. Experience with Shock Wave Therapy is a plus.
The practice operates under a shared patient model, with a focus on individualized care, family wellness, and pain relief. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) an Iowa chiropractic license. New graduates are welcome to apply.
