Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its thriving team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000 to $100,000, plus bonus and incentive opportunities.
The associate will work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (full days) and Friday (half day), with optional Saturday hours. Sundays and Tuesdays are off. Expected patient volume ranges from 200–250 adjustments per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and examinations
- Take and analyze X-rays
- Present Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Create and review financial care plans
- Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Manual, ArthroStim, Drop Table, and Gonstead techniques
- Perform re-examinations and progress evaluations
- Educate patients on exercise, rehab, nutrition, and lifestyle habits
- Collaborate within a team-based environment while managing your own patient flow
- Participate in professional development and continuing education seminars
The clinic operates on a collaborative model, where each doctor runs their own practice within the office while enjoying shared resources and mentorship.
The ideal candidate is a confident adjuster skilled in Diversified, Manual, ArthroStim, Drop Table, and Gonstead techniques, with a passion for family, prenatal, and pediatric care. Indiana licensure (or eligibility) is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
