Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Elk City, OK, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000, plus bonus incentives and a relocation allowance. The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, seeing 150–200 patient visits weekly. The schedule includes full days Tuesday through Thursday, a half day on Monday and Friday, and weekends off.
Key responsibilities include performing patient consultations and examinations, taking X-rays, conducting Reports of Findings and care recommendations, and creating custom financial plans. The associate will provide chiropractic adjustments using techniques such as Diversified, Activator, Drops, Webster, and Upper Cervical/AO, as well as assist with rehab, decompression, nutrition, and wellness education.
The clinic operates on a shared patient care model where doctors collaborate closely, ensuring consistent and individualized care. Ongoing training, seminars, and professional development are integral parts of the role.
Marketing and outreach include patient education workshops, internal referral programs, and external activities such as spinal screenings, corporate talks, and community networking events.
