Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in St. Croix, VI, is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This opportunity offers a base salary of $90,000 to $115,000, with additional profit-sharing and student loan repayment eligibility after two years.
The associate will typically work 31–40 hours per week, including full days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and a half day on Friday. Saturdays are optional and negotiable, offering two full days off per week. The practice sees an average of 250+ adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking X-rays and presenting Reports of Findings and financial care plans
- Delivering manual and instrument-based chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Providing exercise instruction and guidance on nutrition and supplementation
- Participating in marketing activities such as workshops, internal referrals, and community outreach events (as a contributor, not the lead)
- Engaging in ongoing professional development through seminars and training
The ideal candidate is confident, coachable, and passionate about delivering subluxation-based care in a high-volume, collaborative setting. CBP training is available.
