Job Description & Requirements
A thriving and well-established chiropractic clinic in Cedar Lake, IN, is actively seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join its dedicated team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $95,000 to $110,000, along with bonus and incentive structures.
The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week with the following schedule: full days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; a half day on Wednesday and Friday; and weekends off. The expected patient volume is approximately 150 adjustments per week, working in a collaborative care model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
- Deliver thorough Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Develop and present financial care plans
- Perform manual adjustments, instrument-assisted adjustments, and use techniques such as Activator, Webster, COX, and Thompson
- Conduct re-exams, provide exercise and rehab instruction, and advise on nutrition and supplementation
- Participate in professional development, training, and seminars
- Support marketing and patient attraction efforts through community engagement and education
