Job Description

Responsible for organizing office operations and procedures; Designing, planning and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures in cooperation with the executive team; Enforcing policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision by overseeing Key Performance Indicators.

What you will do

  • Organizing events and conferences.

  • Sorting mail

  • Maintaining an orderly work area

  • Laundering towels and gowns used in the office

  • Responsible for making sure that we are HIPPA compliant. 

  • After 6 months of employment, apply for Chiropractic Assistant Licensure. 

  • All cleaning and office upkeep – trash, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, watering plants, etc. 

  • Responsible for all opening procedures prior to the 1st patient’s arrival. 

  • Responsible for all closing procedures. 

  • Responsible for checking in patients from the lobby area, seating, and greeting. 

  • Managing all phone correspondence, voicemails, follow-up phone calls, scheduling, reminder phone calls, and new patient phone calls. 

  • Managing all email correspondence from patients and providers. 

  • Updating all notice boards with latest information 

  • Ordering & sorting reading material for feeder rooms 

  • Use Daily Opening/ Closing checklist for daily operation smoothness

Things you should know

Hours of Operation

Monday: 9:30am to 5pm 

Tuesday: ~2 hours in the morning (team meeting day) 

Wednesday: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Thursday: 1pm- 6:30pm 

Friday: 9:30am – 4:30pm.
