Job Description

You must be concierge in style, mega-organised and a star communicator.  You will be responsible for greeting clients and creating the energy of the practice. 

  1. You must love people and be more on the extroverted side. 
  2. Answer phone
  3. Schedule appointments
  4. Collect payments.

There are approximately 12 hours per week available to begin, you must be available Saturday mornings, and be flexible to provide holiday and illness cover for other staff members as required.

Our ideal candidate will share similar values in health and be able to share these values with our clients and the community.  Qualities such as outgoing and energetic will fit in with our team.  Previous experience in similar environment preferred, however the right fit in the team is our greatest priority.

What you need

      Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred

Things you should know

Hours are 28 hours to 32 hours per weekMonday to Saturday some morning shifts and some pm shifts. You must have a flexible schedule! 

Pay starts at $25 to $35, depending on qualifications
